    I went to this Yes optus to change my plan from prepaid to SIM only 1 year plan. There is a staff name is Pete (?), he helped me with bright smile. I was very comfortable with his professional service. Because before the day, I went to other optus in Rundle mall with the same reason, but the staff at Rundle mall, he could not help me and he was very unkind. I recommend people to visit this shop.
