    With the impending arrival of a new puppy, I made a trip to Toucan Petshop this afternoon. Sarah was very knowledgeable and spent time going through advantages amd disadvantages of various products. She was not pushy at all. Lots of great advice and personalised service unlike the large chain we had been to earlier today.
