  Terrible. The staff (all) was condescending and rude. Not helpful in the slightest. Instead of helping me find a solution to my problem, they ridiculed me. Not impressed, do not recommend. You can find the products they sell elsewhere.

  What has happened to this once great store. Went there couple months back to buy a new backpack having been there 7 years ago to do the same. Wow what a difference. Inept, uneducated, rude, and frankly a could of cared less attitude and I left. More interested in his own work than helping me to decide or actually serve me. Will never go back! Retail is fickle and we the consumers have many choices, especially in Adelaide let alone online, so only way to diiffereniate is to provide exemplary service, clearly this is sorely lacking, and so is training.

  Two words...trekking poles. Just get them. And buy them here. Get the expensive ones. They will extend your hiking career by a decade. Your knees will thankyou. I'm constantly in and out of this store. Sometimes to buy and sometimes just for advice. EVERYTIME...helpful and patient. Great and knowledgable people. Go there now.
