  Seeking for help? Sorry to say that you are visiting or calling the wrong place. My first visit here today was truly useless and treated visitors with a low quality service. Cmon.. what does this office stand for?? Spending a huge amount of our valuable tax on this site is clearly a joke. I was there as a customer who paid over 5K for the visa processing to ask a simple question and the answer was check on the website. Well, thanks for saying that.

  Waited more than 2 hours for a call back ref. Visa 189 application because the were asking for a mass of documents that I had already submitted. A very bored and unhelpful lady confirmed that I had already submitted theses forms and when reading out some information, that I could not hear properly because she spoke so quickly she patronisingly spelt out each word. They must understand that people pay large sums of money for the processing of visas and therefore expect a reasonable level of level of service. They are mostly not fit for purpose.

  Absolutely hopeless - did the test and passed 100% - told them we need urgent attention to get passport - received a letter 1 week later saying we should hear within 6 months... REALLY. Phoned council to see if we can get into next ceremony to be told ring the department.

  I am writing complaints to every Department of Immigration in Australia. After travelling to 4 Middle Eastern countries, with passport and customs at 5 separate airports, ADELAIDE was by far the absolute worst with the rudest staff. An A350 with 366 people were queued with 2, yes, 2 passport personnel - 5 other personnel were standing as potplants against a wall. 1 hour wait with 2 lanes open. OUTRAGEOUS. 1 star is way too good for this useless department with lazy, rude, obnoxious staff - and I WAS BORN IN AUSTRALIA 58 YEARS AGO.
