  I have used Abbey Plumbing for many years in a retirement village and I have found them good to work with and priced about average for the industry. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  The owner was not even on site so I am not sure how he could say that. The on site plumber was on his phone alot and I even found cigarette butts on the ground right where his van was parked in my driveway.

  When I mentioned this, the owner denied it and demanded immediate payment otherwise he will set his debt collectors after me.

  Tried to charge me about 80% extra from original quote. I wrote down the exact working hours. Of course, when the invoice came in, these hours were added on and overcalculated. When I told the owner I had wrote down all the hours of work and that the invoice was not correct, he claimed that hours were correct and that his worker did such an excellent job.
