    I would like to thanks Kate the manager at NP for her reliable help yesterday fixing my glasses. I came to the underground floor of NP Gawler Pl in the afternoon of yesterday. I was much happy when knowing that my favourite glasses has been fixed properly and like-new in a very short time, which is even more than what I expected. Now I can come back to my uni with my favourite glasses confidently and comfortably.

    I would like to thank Wendy at NP for all her help regarding the arthritis cream I was looking for, for my mum. She was so helpful and spent some time looking up details ECT, nothing was too much trouble for her. Good old customer service, you can't beat it. Thankyou Wendy for all your help. You're a star!
