    To everyone that booked a bay at this carpark and used your credit card to enter and exit, check your statement. This carpark has been double charging customers. I was double charged twice in 4 visits during the 3rd week of January.

    I went to go in at 5pm for the flat fee of $7 (as I work in a bar in the city). I pushed for the ticket just after 5pm and the machine prints out a ticket saying 4:58pm. I am now being charged as if I have been in the carpark the duration of the day. Im most annoyed as the only reason I used that carpark was due to its flat rate.
