  Being a business owner in the city I am there in the early hours of the morning through until late afternoon. on numerous occasions I have been charged full day rates even though I was parked on the 7th floor with the earlybird special. $28.00 for the day. Today, while the machine did recognise that I was parked on the early bird deal, I placed $50 into the machine. only to receive $30 back. I used the intercom to speak with an operator only to be told that the machine recognised that it had given me the correct change and there was nothing she could do. Now I spend approx $450 a month in parking at the Frome rd parking station and have done for a while now. I will no longer use this or any Wilson parking stations and will advice my staff not to use either. Very poor effort from such a large company

  No where does it say anything about having to validate your ticket for early bird parking on floor 7, or if it does it's certainly not in a spot you're going to see.

  Expensive. Don't go here if you don't like elevators. The lift is small and poorly ventilated. It has electric car charging parks though.

  Quite obviously on purpose to rip people off when they're advertising a certain price and triple it when you go to leave. Would not recommend at all.
