    Useless is an understatement... Very slow and unorganised. Wastes half your break waiting. Go elsewhere

    I think the staff may have down syndrome, can someone please look into this

    Staff are very rude and unhelpful. The time it takes to receive even the most basic order is appalling. The last time I was there, while being served the boy serving me was throwing a dirty rag up and down in the air while entering my meal. I decided to cancel my order.

    Slow untrained staff, crew trainers and shift runners out back not helping out front. Foods normally ok however waiting 17 minutes for a meal is not. Note this is not based on one visit however several. Avoid if you can.

    Will always be very busy. Especially lunch time. Service is good, fries is good!
