    My husband and I organized to get away from our business for the day so we organized a room for the 14th October 2017 using our Gold membership card. We decided to go out for dinner then head over to the casino for a few hours. We met up with one of my husband's closest cousins and we left the casino at about 6.00am Sunday morning. We decided to go home rather than stay at your hotel otherwise there was a possibility we could oversleep our stay and since the room was untouched you would not have needed to organize the room for another guest.

    Quite disappointed. It was my second stay but I won't return. The car park although convenient is a nightmare to park in. I'm a good driver, but I saw many having very difficult time getting into bays. I had to use my passenger door to access my car due to proximity of other vehicle. The room was dark, lack of air conditioning poor. Climbing in and out of shower difficult and somewhat dangerous. Blasted with cold water every time the tap was converted to shower despite adjusting temp in bath spout. Breakfast- quality of food mediocre. I asked for a coffee to be made (happy to charge to room) but it never eventuated. Overall, not a great experience.

    The hotel is very well placed for exploring Adelaide on foot. We were well treated and made to feel welcome.

    Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. As a result we had a lovely stay at a location that is great if you want to have a good look around the city. The accommodation is excellent very comfortable and most of what you need is catered for. Had a disappointing fillet steak at the Fedbar, it was overcooked, dry and had a strange flavor, I was not able to eat it. Having said that my husband enjoyed his spaghetti marinara and everything else was fine, particularly the staff who are great.

    As well as them overpaying us and putting that money on 'hold' they made us pay a further $600 or so for the 2 two rooms, so if you don't have twice the amount of money for the rooms them you'd be screwed. It did not say this anywhere on their website and have never heard of a hotel running this way. I am very disappointed.

    We run a successful business and we understand there are costs associated with any booking BUT it was the non-caring attitude of your manager. We went to the counter to pay and let them know we were leaving without using your rooms and the young lad asked the manager if we should be charged. Without hesitation the manager said there is nothing he can do but charge us. WE DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT (we are not free loaders) BUT WE DID NOT ASK FOR ANY DISCOUNT OR FREE ACCOMMODATION IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. We felt very awkward and embarrassed. We would expect a little more care from management.

    Overall not very happy and would not come again. I do not recommend this hotel.

    Our score of 8 and not 9 or 10 is because our room was extremely dark. We were not able to enjoy any views as the windows in the bedroom and the bathroom were covered and could not be opened. The room was thus rather gloomy and we were not even able to use natural light, even though the weather was sunny.

    Very poor service and small rooms for the price payed. They over paid our bill as well and wouldn't give us a refund straight away even though we showed them proof. Rooms were a bit stuffy and couldn't air them out as the windows are nailed shut. There is also no view at all as the windows are covered. There was no kitchenware even though it showed in the room online.
