  Staff were friendly and quick to help. Rooms were a decent size. Pool and spa were quite nice as well. Weird rules for a hotel on what you had to clean up in your own room before leaving however.

  Comfortable hotel, but some rooms aren't of too high build quality. Other rooms are located next door to massage parlours and don't leave a very good impression. On the upside the staff are personal and helpful and the location is really good!

  1. More expensive than Meriton apartments in Sydney which are much better.

  We enjoyed our stay at the iStay Precinct. The staff were super friendly and were happy to mind our suitcases both before we checked in and after we checked out. This was really helpful and much appreciated as our flight was 5 hours after check-out time.

  For 1 it looks nothing like it does in the photos, it's not clean at all. Our room smells like someone had burnt there dinner, the air con smells. the bathroom smelt like urine like it hasn't been cleaned in months the building is grotty the pool is in a completely different buliding. The only good thing is that the staff where helpful. Wouldn't recommend staying here

  Loved the fact that this place actually offers a room with 4 single beds and has amenities like washer, dryer, toaster, kettle. Modern clean apartment with balcony, though not much of a view from level 5 - think we will go higher next time we stay. Plenty of room for the four of us to live comfortably and felt very homely. Apartment was overly warm, but opening the balcony windows made it pleasant.
