  The location was brilliant. Check-in was easy and the front office staff were very helpful with providing directions to the bus stop and bus times to travel to the airport. I arrived with a hire car and found the side portico entry very convenient for check in prior to returning the car.

  Great place. Small room (standard double bed) but perfect for needs. Clean and well presented. Nice view. Staff at front desk were very polite. Great on site restaurant.

  Fast and friendly check-in. I love the rooms in this hotel as they are full of light. A bench runs right along the window making a great work space with plenty of room to spread out. Good bed and pillows. Shower is nice and hot and easy to adjust. Parking is in a public car park a few doors up with good sized spaces - very easy to use. Walk down a short lane to Rundle Mall. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance

  The Hotel is situated in an awesome location. The staff are super friendly and personable, always remembering my name upon my return and always greeted with a smiling face. Nothing is a problem.

  The dinner menu has just been recently been changed which shows just how proactive the Ibis are being...but their amazing eye fillet which was one of THE best options on the menu...has been removed. Please bring it back!
