  I applied for an offshore partner visa application with Ross. Ross was very prompt with answering our emails and other questions. He was very helpful by giving us examples on how to do and complete forms and everything. If I can give million stars I will give that for Ross for all the help he provided during the whole process with the application. He helped us a lot.   Ross has been the best help to my visa application. His support from the time of preparation through to the lodgement as well as follow-up support till my visa was granted was excellent. He was very quick to respond all of my questions and he made a very clear answer to each one of them. He was very patient dealing with us and his kind support has put me at ease of mind despite of immense paper work that needed to be done.   It was difficult to choose among the long list of migration agents for our same sex partner migration application.
