  Went in just before Christmas to make two purchases. I had my 18 month old grandson with me. The staff that eventually served me were great, very helpful. However, the 'gentleman ' serving water etc ( it was a crazy hot day) completely ignored me, offered everyone else a drink that came in. The women who turned out to be giving customers their service order also ignored me so I waited and waited and waited and was ignored. I really needed to sit with the baby and asked if I could as their were several chairs and sofas free and was directed to a high stool. Well I am not as agile as I use to be and the staff that were having a personal chat at the time could see that plus I was trying to hold a sleeping baby. I did have a baby, pusher and a lot of Christmas shopping with me .... was that the issue? Really disappointed as I have shopped there previously minus my grandson and the service was quite a different experience. I would like to point out that the baby was well behaved, quiet and mostly asleep. Poor form Tiffany!

  Terrible customer service! Got an engagement ring through them and didn't even last until the wedding! 13 months and it chipped so had to be fixed and 8 days later chipped again. Verdict? Sorry. Tiffany rings are show pieces not be worn full time. Save your money, go for somewhere with customer service over a "name".

  Helpful, friendly staff. Certainly a different shopping experience if you have never been in there before. Could be a bit overwhelming but I did my research online before going in and was in and out in 15 mins.
