  Avoid this shop and find yourself something worthy. Had been a loyal Swarovski customer for more than 10 years but this store is a real shame of the brand. Terrible customer service, very rude sales and manager who even said fxxx to clients, and they never provided correct information. It's been a disgust dealing with them. It would be more appropriate to rate it -5 stars.

  Last year we went here and were greeted with rudeness and poor customer service, we came back this year and received threats from the security officer out the front, because we didnt notice you had to line up. Once inside we were advised you can purchase items but cannot try it on before you buy (too busy to let you try items although 3 staff members standing behind the counter talking). The staff were once again rude, i could understand if they were short because they were busy, but there werent many people in the store. I think the staff used the excuse of boxing day sales to be rude... we wont be making the same mistake next year...
