    Absolutely great customer service from the very first moment we set foot into Solid Gold Diamonds. My husband had my engagement ring designed and made by SGD almost two years ago now and we recently went back for both of our wedding bands.

    DO NOT SEE THEM FOR RING DESIGN, we went to the Adelaide store to get my engagement ring designed and the whole process was horrible, I showed them exactly what we wanted multiple times and was extremely clear the whole way of our budget which they said was completely fine for what we wanted to do. They kept stuffing the design up even after multiple pictures and drawings and took so long to get back to us. Then they rang and said oh we can't do that now for the price we quoted, absolute con artists - really made what's meant to be a special time an awful experience.

    My engagement ring and wedding bands were purchased from Solid Gold Diamonds. I constantly get complimented on the unique design. Everytime we go into the store we get greeted by name. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

    Unfortunately the Sales Assistants we primarily were dealing with no longer work there but we have been passed on to other SAs who are just as lovely and as willing to help.
