    Customer service so poor no respect of customer at all and no manner of politeness.

    Worst customer service. Just walked in with some photos on my phone of some bracelets I wanted to buy. I was told I would have to look around myself. I said I had looked but couldnt see what I wanted, I asked if they had one in particular, got a rude, curt "no" her back turned and it was quite obvious that she had no interest in serving me and my custom was not wanted. If you dont want to work in customer service, get another job!

    They were absolutely fantastic, super friendly, super helpful and created a wonderful experience for a first time buying jewelry. They helped me stay within my budget and helped me pick out the perfect gift.
