  I bought a beautiful ring from the Marion store and afterwards went to a few jewellery places to get other opinions on how many sizes it could be reduced by (I need it the smallest it can go from a P and the maximum I was told is only three sizes.) I was advised to ask Angus & Coote if the ring comes in an already-made smaller size (the salesperson at Angus & Coote never mentioned anything despite it being obvious I required this.) So I called the Adelaide store (the closest one to my work) the next day and spoke with the store manager who said she would call head office to find out if it's made in a smaller size, and if so, call stores around the country to order one in for me.

  When we spoke again she told me it only comes in P but also that she was disappointed as I should have been made aware of this in the first place, so she offered me a free ring insert and even suggested I go elsewhere to get the resizing done cheaper. She was very helpful, personable and thoughtful. Another employee I spoke to at the Adelaide store was very personable too. I really received outstanding service from the store manager and wish that everyone was as helpful to customers as she was.

  Brought a watch in February 1917 . Band has broken and you want fix under warranty because you only fix the watch and not band , they came as one not singly what a load off BS . WILL NEVER SHOP OR RECERMEND.YOU TOO ANYONE. Everybody stay away . And I am getting advice
