  Great new facility! Got lots of help on my first visit for an appointment. After registering at a desk on the third floor, I was updated via my mobile phone . Very innovative! The only minus came later when I tried to locate my parking spot. It took a while; very confusing on first visit. Suggestion: why not number each car park spot, eg; A1 etc. There apparently four parking areas. If the spots were numbered, locating your car at the end of the visit would be much easier. i saw many people wandering around also trying to find their car. Most the exit ticket machines were 'out of order' but thankfully, I was able to pay the reasonable tariff at the exit gate with my debit card.

  Amazing hospital and staff. Found everyone so friendly and helpful. My husband has been in there a few times and always well cared for. I was wandering around looking lost yesterday and a lovely student nurse offered to show me where to go.

  Very impressed easy car parking so many staff more than helpful. Appointments were on time ....amazingly (first time ever)

  ED was amazing. Care could not be faulted. Even to the point of ensuring I got safely to my car in the early hours of the morning after leaving a loved one in their care. It takes more than just great specialist knowledge to make a hospital the best it also takes compassion and a human touch. Amazing keep it it going. Simply the best!

  I've had two appointments in the last two days and both were spot on time. I congratulated the practitioners on their punctuality. I also love the Spotless guides who accompanied me to the units I needed. They were extremely helpful. Well thought out and service delivered. Very satisfied customer.
