    My gas hot water heater started leaking about 2 months ago October to be exact, it always happens on a Friday.

    Anyway got my 1st quote from the gas works (flabbergasted) are the only words I can use to say about quotes over the phone. I called Direct Home Timber & Hardware, didn't even know they replaced hot water heaters found them on Google. A guy called Rick answered, I told him my problem. He was at my door within 2 hours with a great price. The water heater was replaced the next day Saturday, by a qualified plumber who was prompt and knowledgeable. Nothing to clean up afterwards everything taken away. Highly recommend this company for efficiency price and workmanship. Hard .to find that these days.

    Great service, helpful and friendly staff. Garden shop was well presented, lovely lady attending to plants. Service counter operator Sharna was smiling and chatty. Experience a shopping delight and visit this store.
