    Amazing service! The girls here did a fantastic job on our hair - and loved being able to have a champagne while getting ready.

    This is not a hate filled post just an honest review of a bad experience I had here. I feel future clients should be aware of this when looking for a hair salon. Im sure the other hair dressers here are not the same as the one I got. I wasnt happy with the end result my hair was "chicken yellow" and didnt match the extensions. I was just to embarrassed to say anything. The following week I was trying to love the hair, but came to the conclusion that is wasnt bad lighting it was a poor bleach job. So I called (asking very politely) to speak to the hairdresser hoping I could make another appointment to go over it again... Unfortunately she never returned my call. This left me more disappointed than angry. After spending around $700 I would have liked to have recieved the best experience possible, however I felt an apprentice could have done better. Thankfully the girls at Yots in Unley fixed my hair using Olaplex and foils so it matched the extensions perfectly. The girls also said the way the extensions were applied was not proffessional and if im not careful my hair could matt!

    Please of you want blonde go to Yots are much cheaper as well.

    This has got to be one of Adelaide's best hair salons (in my opinion the best and I've tried a few). I can highly recommend Frank who has completely transformed my hair with an elegant cut and innovative colour. Judging from the service other clients receive I would say the entire team are highly trained professionals. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly and the setting trendy and classy.

    Would give 0 stars or lower if possible. Well worth the read to know what you're getting yourself into if you're considering this salon.

    Upon arrival the salon appeared classy and as though it would be a professional atmosphere. How wrong I was. I was told it would cost a certain amount to get my hair braided and was charged nearly $100 more by the end of the process. The hairdressers gossiped about other clients the entire time and would not listen to me when I said that the braids were way to tight it was brining my scalp. They were very impatient, only in it for the money, then didn't seal the ends of the braids correctly. Although these inconveniences I was happy enough with how I looked. Three days later my scalp began to get very irritated and so itchy it scanned and I had natural hairs pulled out of my head. It became so unbearable by the 5th day that I had to take them out. Being a university student I was devastated by the amount of money I had spent only to take them out a few days later. I contacted the salon and very irritated Jackie said 'I'll text you my email and send me photos through of your scalp'. I never received a text and had to research her email. Wasn't contacted so I went into the salon three days later. I was immediately told to leave and that the would call me later. Was called later and was told there was nothing that could be done for me and Jackie then sarcastically asked 'what do you want me to do? Take money out of my own pocket'. I then asked to speak to management and very inconvenienced Jackie huffed and puffed but 'made' an appointment for me two days later. Almost a week since I'd contacted them about my scalp problems I went in there and had to wait a long time only to find out Jackie hadn't booked an appointment for me with the manager. Eventually spoke to the manager who was not interested or at all sympathetic. Was eventually told I could get a voucher of half the money I spent or get a doctors certificate for a full refund and they would also cover the medical expenses for me. Mind it I was happy with half a refund, as they had put in time to do my braids although awfully. Got the doctors certificate and called the manager to say. He denied saying I could get any refund and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, upsetting and careless and in my personal opinion from the stress and tears should be shut down.
