  Good store front but remember they don't stock the items, you need to order them in or have them delivered. This is a display store for their website. Service has been good each time I have visited. To be honest, I would not buy an expensive item from here as the quality is just not there. Some reviews complain about spending 2-3k on an item and then having issues. I would rather spend 5k and buy quality.

  Looking for a gift, or unique Homeware, Matt Blatt would well worth the effort. I spent quite some time browsing, found there range was very distinct, with lots of items I have never seen before. The assistant who served me was very professional, and generous with her time. I found the visit very interesting and relaxing, will definitely return with my wife for a walk through.

  Okay I don't where my previous review went from 14 months ago but hey ho here we go again. Bought a couch well looks like a couch, but honestly so damned uncomfortable the cushions slide off while you sit on them and have minimal actual retention, as in the foam just collapses within months almost immediately. After sales support delivery was a shocking mess about. What part of customer service have they missed. It's a contract we paid for delivery when it suits us not when it suits them - numerous calls were made and massive inconvenience for money we provided with specific dates that we were assured of, but the third party delivery did not deliver on that day we had to chase them down only to find out they don't deliver to our area on the day selected - why was this not known to MB staff bloody useless bimbos thats why hire proper sales people who give a damn. MB were useless at resolving this too. Very bad experience they need to seriously revamp customer service training and manage their vendors better if they value staying in business.
