    Very disappointed. I specifically placed my order three days in advance with instructions to deliver in the morning. The delivery was late due to not having the stock on hand, these things happen but why was I was not notified? Flowers that were meant to be a gift have now become a hassle as my wife needs to travel back to the city to retrieve them. Not the kind of surprise I was looking for.
