  It is a good store with kind employees but is unfortunately held back by poor policy and lacklustre management. I can’t say I will be as keen to visit JB Hifi in the future after this experience.

  Disallowing the price match of an item on the grounds of colour is very disappointing, and I hope this situation may be rectified.

  I have been wanting to buy the Logitech MX Master Mouse for some time, about two years. I had only just noticed a big price drop at Officeworks from RRP of about $100 to $45 each. I walked into JB Hifi - where it was stocked for $89 - bringing a print out of the Officeworks page that gave the price. I found the mouse and took 3 to the counter, one for myself, two as gifts. They did however only have the mouse in Cream, as opposed to the Charcoal colour I would have preferred, but nonetheless, it was the same model. At first I was led to expect that the price match would be honoured at the cashier, but after a bit of confusion it was disallowed, as the Officeworks page displayed only the Charcoal coloured mouse. They offered a conciliatory price of $65 each, but as a 17 year old student I simply can’t afford them at that price.

  In the market for a new smart phone. Pulled the trigger on a Galaxy S7. The young lad that served me was a bit dead pan but he did me a good deal on the phone (bought outright - no contract) so no complaints from me! :)

  Staff are always very friendly, but the store does get incredibly busy and it can take a while to be served.

  Alison was so nice & helpful when I was looking at getting a new laptop, she really knew what she was talking about & no pressure only suggestions of what would suit me. Thanks Alison, you're a star! All the staff are really nice & cannot do enough for you regarding the price of purchase

  I phoned amount the Nokia phones. They sare selling. I asks is the 3310 locked or unlocked. Due to the store being so busy. It took some time to answer my call. But she did not rush me. While the young lady answered all my questions.
