  bought a number of apple devices here and the sales people are great and can-do. Having had to go back for support have vowed I will never buy there again.

  Superb service from the Genius Bar! It is pretty important that people looking to service their product book in advance on Apple's support website. You may experience waiting times for those who do walk-in Genius bar appointments.

  Go there for help with a faulty device, get told you have to have an appointment, come back at the appointed time and get told you don't have an appointment in fact you never did. you were only walk in so guess what we don't have time for you today but if you want to wait an hour we can squeeze you in. Ask them how they would feel if they had walked 4 blocks twice and given up walk time for an appointment you were promised but wasn't there and they say "if I were you I would feel lucky that we will make time to see you some time". How lucky we are to have a reseller with that much disrespect for its customers.

  I made a mistake and decided to update my OS to Sierra on my Mac , BIIIIIGGGG MISTAKE !! computer crashed, went to the store only to be met by a very cuddly, especially around his mid abdomen , in a big way !! smart ass with an iPad controlling access to the gurus of recovery, no appointment then you can wait 1/2 hour oh no wait he says I think its now is 3 hours, so you can phone or book to come back later. Can I use your phone, NO we don't have phones here to speak to the support you may want...... I HATE APPLE AND ALL ITS PRODUCTS.......BACK TO PC

  Oh and then after you have left to go elsewhere because they don't have time to see you their wonderful comms system sends you messages that you haven't turned up for your appointment and they will have to give it to someone else.

  If you go in to buy something you get great service. If you have already bought something and go in it’s like getting a tooth pulled out. They start with you being a lier first until you can prove yourself innocent and the product faulty. Even then it may have been me!
