  Terrible service over the phone - just tried to call to hold an item so I could collect it tomorrow, pressed correct button for dept I wanted, got through to someone who said 'you've come through to wrong area, i'm transferring' then did so before I could even speak, then it rang out and then the call ended!

  Recieved good service from Marion staff however lack of stock meant making a phone order. Totally disgusted with the lack of language knowledge, understanding and security issues posed by the fact that city store employee could not spell the word "drive" in my address and had to repeat every single letter of my name, address and credit details loudly in the open store - disgusted at the lack of no longer getting items transferred between stores, lack of stock. I refuse to step foot into a MYER store again - AND I used to work for them many years ago - total lack of processes and support for the counter staff, all put under pressure and extremely poor staff resources accessing phone orders - LIft your game MYER, no wonder you are losing customers

  Beautiful staff in the women's bra section. I'd never had a fitting before and a couple of women whose names I can't remember helped me on Friday. They were so wonderful and helpful. I left feeling looked after and confident thanks to those women!

  When they are free they will talk to each other or judge you.

  They don't keep the changerooms clean so when you leave they think you made the mess. Even worse, when there are tags or coathangers in the room they think you're the person who stole the items.

  When you need help, no one is in sight or they're everywhere but ignore you. However, they will follow you and hover you like you're a thief. If you have a specific ethnic background, take notice and it'll only happen to those who are not Caucasian.

  We spent over an hour in your store looking at products in several departments. More than 20 different staff members walked past us and not one of them even gave us eye contact. Your staff are atrocious and products are outdated. All the best with your future liquidation!

  I live within walking distance to the city, so obviously I head to the Rundle Mall Myer. But if you want helpful, attentive, non-judgemental, genuinely friendly staff, take the drive to a further Myer, e.g. Tea Tree Plaza and Marion.
