  Pleasantly surprised by an experience totally contrary to the prevailing narrative re the death of retail and customer service. Needed to source specific essential items within a tight timeline. Easy affordable parking directly connects to the store. Approached within seconds by helpful staff who cheerfully rummaged around and had it all sorted in under 20 minutes! Fantastic.

  I went to the Clinique counter to buy a tinted moisturiser. Sales girl looked so clueless and then ended up selling me the wrong colour foundation. Which looked terrible and ended up in the dust bin. Hard earned money down the drain !!!!!!!

  Thankyou to the lovely lady who served me in your ladies shoes department at 1.30pm on 26 November. I wish I'd got her name, she had blonde hair, I hope you can find out who was working Sunday 26 November. It was very busy, I was not happy because of the time I'd waited, so she then was serving myself and another lady at the same time. Her Customer Service was excellent. Thankyou very much. I apologised to her for my behaviour, as it was not her fault & she was very gracious to accept my apology. Thankyou so much for all your help and great service

  The store nicly set out but when it comes to the Magic cave at that's a total waste of time the've wrecked it now. Not as the same as it use to be when i was growing up when John Martin's had it all set up. The magic cave has lost its magic since the state government took over ownership of it and rebranded it as the credit union Christmas Pageant

  Its a nice place to shop with professional customer assistance. It is very expensive though. But if you want to treat yourself, go to Djs.
