  Another tip would be if something was not included in the quoted job and they see it needs doing they could ring and say hey Athis wasnt in the wuoted price nut we revcomned doing it but it will coat a bit extra.

  Spend your money elsewhere like Ultimate Car Wash on magill road or a Absolute Perfection on Main North road. These guys dont know how to clean. More expensive than others around Adelaide for a basic wash.

  Started to look over the car, dash was almost as dusty as it was when it went in TO GET CLEANED. Around the door jambs had not been touched.

  Haha those 5 star reviews are so fake, nice try obviously friends of the owners. Anyway shoking job do not bring your car here. I was going to let it slide but the more i looked i got angry so i had to take it back. They dont get in the car they just wipe over. If they had a manager or inspector overlooking their work this might help with the laziness. Another tip to help is the lady at the front does not speak good English so its hard for me to communicate what i really need done. On that matter i discussed i wanted the boot done and paid extra and they didnt even touch it.

  After having the car cleaned multiple times at the Royal Car Wash I have been left very unsatisfied recently with the company. We purchased yet another membership with a value of about 300 plus dollars to be turned away several times due to staffing issues or not having availability to clean the car. At which point we were not offered another availability or booking. This has happened about 6 times in the last few months which is very disappointing. We are from overseas and are now returning to our home country. Therefore I paid a visit to the Royal car wash to discuss a refund due to their inability to provide a service at which point I was told no. I explained to them the situation we had been in several times but due to their policy they were unable to refund. Yet they told me I could give the card to someone else. Having read the refund policy with them that day it states non-transferable, therefore I would be unable to give to someone else who has a different name. There was a serious lack of communication due to the language barrier. Overall a very poor customer service with a very negative outcome. In view of this I wouldn't recommend Royal Car Wash. A car wash that is unable to wash your car on a recurrent basis due to staffing.

  Absolutely zero value for money. Opted for the highest package that was Royal Super Car Wash as I purchased a voucher from Groupon( $59 after discount as originally priced at $129.95). The staff has no idea about car washing or cleaning inside out. The door sill/ jambs were not clean properly, same with the bonnet as well as car interiors. The cleaning material was itself dirty and unhygienic. Even they couldn't clean the windscreen properly. There was no sign of polishing or carbon fiber coating as the car surface was dirty as well as not smooth. Very unprofessional and pathetic service. Never going there again.

  Paid extra to have interior proper clean. Got car back and back to where I am staying as I am from interstate. Opened back tailgate to find the back had not even been vacuumed at all.
