  Any searches I do take me to Thrifty. Which is not great because I've used Thrifty before and they are difficult to deal with. Slow service at the counter. And forever trying to upsell - getting me to pay extra to reduce the cost if I have an accident.

  The car was fine but the customer service was appalling.

  Good service collecting and returning car. Travelled home that afternoon another charge on my credit card, they said i didnt fill the car totally before i returned it, i filled it at the service station just before the airport. They did refund after a call, leaves a bad feel. Will use another company next time.

  And I have an Entertainment Book which gives me a discount at Thrifty. So I guess I wont be able to use the Entertainment Book Voucher because I need to declare it up front. Or they'll say, "We've already given you the best price."

  I haven't even picked up my car yet and there is already a problem. I've booked with 'autoeurope'. I've paid 'autoeurope'. But there's no sign of a hire car place at Adelaide Airport called "autoeurope".
