    I must say im more than please before calling here I called another shop in prospect today regarding some tyre tubes for a pram for my son and the service at Giant Adelaide was exceptional the person that attended me was courteous and knew his stuff really well and gave me advise as well as I wasnt ripped off, the other place was making up quotes in Prospect and wanting to charge over double the price. i would highly recommend Giant Adelaide to anyone from a future loyal customer.     Bought my bike here, had it serviced a couple of times, no real complaints about that. I was usually served by a great guy called Mike, who left a while ago. Service since then has been lacklustre at best, I have received generally a mediocre (to quite poor) attitude from mechanics and salespeople alike, including my attempt to book in for a service this morning. A real shame. Given the cheery demeanour and pleasant service of other bike shops around the city, it's not going to gain them customers in a hurry.

    Some of the staff are very nice, and some not so much. It's really hit or miss. Very skilled and knowledgeable nevertheless. Prices are okay, not cheap.
