    Extremely bad customer service. When they inspect the property, theres a girl in cityrealty, she has cold face without smile and her attitude is like a boss and the tenants are her slaves. Highly recommens that you guys should consider other agents.

    City Real Estate should not lose sight that although they represent landlords the tenants are also their clients. We suffered badly from the volume of street noise and late-night music from surrounding clubs, when we discussed the problem with City Real Estate we were told that no one had ever mentioned it before. And yet every tenant of the building talked of little else.Response to maintenance requests were always a problem, we almost felt guilty to report issues. Prospective tenants need to ask lots of questions and not rely on the agent being fair and reasonable.

    Extremely difficult to communicate with the lady agent LXXXXN. Never pick up your calls and never return your msg or email on time. As potential customer, we had to chase her!!!!!!!!!!! Never recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!
