  Finally, Diptee and the staff at the back are getting organised. I actually have seen a minor change in service. I can not believe I am writing this. One of the staff actually called me sir. Regards Rob de Jonge.

  5 stars to sacat, in particular to my dealing registrars for seeing through the greedy, grasping property owners ridiculous behavior for trying to gouge my bond. The process cost my partner and myself plenty of time but fairness and reason triumphed in the end.

  This organisation is a disgrace.No wonder Housing SA can't evict anyone.It is all about protecting dangerous feral tenants over the rights of others to live safely and peacefully.Even with written reports from SAPOL,3 years of living a nightmare with this family and a tenant who was caught lying from the time she opened her mouth and affirmed to tell the truth,the adjudicator made excuses for her.These were things like police drug raids and 3 home invasions which were largely ignored because he didn't want her to become homeless.He was more concerned that her son was riding a motorbike without a helmet.Get down from your ivory towers and live like we do,i bet you would change your mind then.No wonder this state is a mess.Disgraceful.

  Useless! After 10 years renting a place, never being late with a single bill/rent ever and the RE lack of maintenance (I required the AC working for a medical condition) and it was continuously faulting and taking them months-years on end to bother repairing.. the last round was 1 year + 9 months without!- took it to the tribunal due to health decline, eventually getting a hearing and received the most rudest incompetent judge, who had no care for the reasoning or proof in general beyond the dispute, the real estate didn't even bother to show up and I got absolutely nowhere with it, other than having to pay THEM more money after (legally) leaving at the end of my decade long lease. The Tribunal are also extremely slack with answering phones or attending to tenant concerns, they all have different knowledge and lack of facts and after not being able to get through on their phone lines after several weeks, we went in person only to see the secretary sitting on the phone with a personal call and not bothering doing her job at all. They are a joke.. if you're a tenant in SA, always do the right thing, and respect the property you're renting, you'll only get used and disrespected in return in the end.
